Our chief examiner, Chris Pfanner, has averaged more than 80+ CE hours per year for the last seven years running. Only 15 hours are required by the state, so this represents more than 5x the minimum requirement. In 2025, he visited Coos Bay for a two day Child Abuse Summit. He attended a three day Interviewing class in Clackamas. Lastly, he attended a five day polygraph conference in Lake Tahoe. All of these trainings were in-person.
